In the event that you change your mind about your purchase you will need to cover the cost of return postage, along with a 10% restocking fee. We do recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. If you need to review your return or have any specific questions please send us an email at info@patchworkpig.co.uk

Have you accidentally ordered the wrong size/print/item? Or maybe a little bit of buyer’s remorse? Email us at info@patchworkpig.co.uk right away while your order is still in the “pending” stages. We’ll do what we can to help you!

We do try to replenish stock regularly on fast moving lines, however we also specialise in one offs and bespoke items, which could mean that the item you want may not go back into stock. Typically, replenished items arrive back into stock within two weeks but you can always email us if you want confirmation at info@patchworkpig.co.uk

We always use a tracked courier and provide full tracking information on the day of dispatch. There is an option for us to leave an instruction with the courier if no one is home, however this instruction cannot be guaranteed.

Processing time typically takes 1-2 days, which is the time from order receipt to dispatch. We usually ship goods on a 3-5 day delivery service, however they usually arrive within 3 days but please allow 5. If your order is urgent and required quickly then we can upgrade the service to a next day for an additional cost. Please note that during busy periods (November – January) this may not always be possible. Please inform us immediately if a premium service is required.

Certainly, please ensure the correct delivery address is provided during checkout along with a valid telephone number in case we need to contact you in the event of an issue.

There is no formal guarantee policy, but if you have any problem with a product you purchase from our website we will assist you and try to make sure the products you purchased are functional and to your satisfaction.

Absolutely, we understand that some customers prefer to speak rather than type and therefore we try to cater for everybody. We can be contacted on 01226 872 659. During busy times it is not always possible to answer the telephone, in this case please leave us a message with you name and contact number and we will call you back at the first opportunity.

Yes we do! We can wrap, add a bow/ balloon if you require. Please contact us if you require our gift wrap service.
